The NIB International Bank Headquarters, located on Ras Abebe Aragay Street in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, is a striking 37story skyscraper that was completed in 20211. The building, which cost nearly two billion Birr to construct, is situated in the Sengatera area, often referred to as the Wall Street of Addis Ababa. It features a gymnasium, a conference hall with a capacity of 500 people, a daycare center, a health clinic, and four basement levels.
